To be able to answer impromptu or sudden questions:
Here's what to practice:
Think of questions you think are hard to answer.
These are generally in areas of assessing or judging your character.
Your working style.
I recommend once in a while, ask yourself these questions and instead of concluding think about what else comes to your mind when that sort of question is presented. It is recommended not to judge from what you observe but become more aware of what is happening and what you have become.
The goal of every hard question is to judge and observe your intention. We often get excited by the opportunity but seldom think about the hard parts of it. During the hard part of our work, we will face our negative traits. It is so important to acknowledge these exist and we should actively work to address such areas of life, not by force but by careful evaluation of what's important now and what may take time to improve. Seek guidance on things that needs continuous improvement.
