Rewiring for difficult things.

Replace every thought of I don't know with I want to know. Your subconscious affirmations matter a lot.

When you talk to yourself, let it be something that drives you to address things that are hard, rather than complain or worry about things that are hard and not take any action about them.

"I don't know how to think about solving problems" => change it to => "I want to know how to think better about solving problems."

"I don't know to blog" => change it to => "I want to learn how to start writing a blog post."

"I don't know this concept too. I find this concept hard." => change it to => "I want to improve my understanding of this concept."

When you address such doubts, present it with a comma - a continuation; instead of a full stop, you essentially tell your brain that there is a way out and you can figure it out.

When you reach that state of trying to figure out, give yourself time to address your situation:

  • Understand where you stand,

  • What bothers you,

  • What possibly can help you to get better

  • Who can help you to become better

That it takes time to get better will bother you a lot but if you stick to keep asking what else can I do about it, over time you will understand little by little how to address yourself things that start to block you, create doubts in you and stop you from continuing things that interests you.

Move out of your own way and make way for a better you.

Give yourself an opportunity to get better and you WILL get better.

Note: Please understand this in no way glorifies hustling hard carelessly, this is about understanding how to look at things that appear as hard and take action for them. How fast or slow you want to address it, is your own choice. You prioritise what's important for you.
